HOW TO REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT

1. If you don't have an identity code, please send a request at recall@microbird.com
2. Enter your identity code (It is a 36 character code). This code is valid only for 1 registration.
   • The letters O and I are not used in this code to avoid conflict with the numbers 0 and 1.
3. Enter requested information in all fields where applicable.
4. All fields marked with a red asterisk are mandatory.
5. Press the SUBMIT button.
6. Wait for the successful submission confirmation message.
7. You will receive your information by email once your account is created, if you do not received an email in few minutes, please check your spam email or contact us at recall@microbird.com.
8. The password must be at least 6 characters long and include:
   • One uppercase
   • One lowercase
   • One digit
   • One non alphanumeric character

Once contact information is submitted successfully, you will have access to Recall button.

*IRS is the Tax ID Number that is needed only for the customs paperwork.
